Clear references help us achieve the best result. Ideally, please provide:
• A character reference sheet (front/side views if available)
• Color palette and markings
• Any must-have features (ears, eyes, expressions, accessories)
If you don’t have a full reference sheet, that’s completely fine. Share what you have, and we’ll help organize the information into something workable.
Comfort and fit are just as important as appearance.
Depending on the item commissioned, we may request basic measurements such as head circumference, height, or shoe size. Clear measuring guidance will be provided so you can measure confidently and accurately.
